With issues of McCroskey literally trying to force residents out of the Riverside Drive trailer park there isn't any reason to believe that this group even exists. The trailer park issue has allegedly been resolved. There is going to be that idea of if at first you don't succeed .. that was the idea for the 2nd St. market meaning if at first you can't force people to do something try again. The issue of the park [or 3 parks involving fun for your best friend ] is the advertisement that only appears on the computer. Your dog can wander without a leash.. if the dog becomes violent $5000 fine this is only imposed with other fines. That's unlawful and excessive. Botanical Gardens Bicentennial & Riviera Dog parks do not belong to the county. Rivera Dog Park= Flomich to Anniston - to Alabama Avenue- none of which are county roads. It's should be designated as a residential [district[ tax. The name Mary Nichols sounds like it's being used to get people involved and a group that's defending the wrong idea. Raising money to negotiate with a government that has an evil reputation.

According to a radio report The Halifax Humane Society spends upwards of $5000 to $10.000 annually disposing of unwanted pets. An adopt a pet program needs to be examined with any reasons or agreements that have to be met when someone is trying to adopt an animal to insure that those ideas are not deceitful

It might appear as an outrageous idea that government employees will be used by name as an anonymous figure. it's never beyond suspicion that this is something that Volusia County government will do to create controversy that never has a point.

Holly Hill government is holding dog owners responsible for the actions of their pets as a Florida Statute law/ This story although not directly connected as a point follows the story of a police officer who unlawfully entered a property after being told the person that they were looking for didn't live there. With some aggravation the police officer entered the backyard and claimed that and a dog [Named Lady] became aggressive. It was only after the second aggressive attack the officer shot the dog. This is a diversion government is letting people know that you're responsible they are not. That's the issue that has to be resolved.

Why don't they charge for using the dog park? A fee which could be used to police the park. If you have the money for pet food and vet bills, you can afford to pay for the park. Maybe I am just barking up the wrong tree.
