There is a Palm Circle Villas in Daytona, but not New Smyrna. The address you gave doesn't appear to be a valid address for anything according to the property appraisers website

Yes the place that I am talking about is on Daytona Beach Shores. It has a few apartments and then in the back it has 4 cottages. What is the address? I can't find any information on the website and I contacted the Visitors Center about it and they didn't reply back.
Thank you

That is sad that really was a beautiful place. Great for families. Wish they would have kept it. Thanks for letting me know Benjamin. What did they put in its place a high rise hotel?

We stayed at The Palm Circle Villa's in 2001. It was like stepping back in time. We rented one of the cottages, they were very well maintained - one bedroom, a kitchen and living room. Screened doors is the weather was not too hot. The motel part looked a little run down, but the property, pool and shuffle board area looked like how I imagined it must have looked when it was first built, a little worn, but still beautiful. I'm mad at myself for not taking pictures of the place!
I, too wanted to go back. I called about a year later and the person who answered the phone told me that it was closing at the end of the month, to be torn down and replaced with condo's or high rise hotel or something to that extent.
What a shame, The Palm Circle Villas were truly a gem!

"The Palm Circle Villas were truly a gem!"

There are still plenty of these 'Gems' here in Daytona Beach...
mostly rented to the out of state resident transient druggie scum that infest's our city.

Laurie,
I agree it was like stepping back in time. We went there every summer as a child I loved it and I took all my kids there once and wanted to go back but didn't get to. We stayed in the cottage on the left right front right in front of the pool the cottage had 2 bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath and pull out sofa in living room. It was so peaceful. Instead of all those high rises hotels and condos they should have kept this place and had more like them. It had that small town feel and the staff that ran the place were like your family very friendly people. It made the long trip to Daytona worth it. I will be going to Hilton Head SC now I can get high rise hotels and condos right here in SC why make that long trip anymore.
I have some of there post cards packed away. It's a shame Daytona didn't try to keep this place open they lost a true treasure......

I stayed there for the first time in 1977. Rick and Terry were great and treated the guests like family. I was 19 and Serge was a couple of years younger. We hung out together when he was not working around the place and went for long walks on the beach in the evenings. He mad my spring break awesome.
