I would not want a condo where a bunch of transients come and go. It would be live living at a casino but without gambling. Is the ultimate plan for Hard Rock to turn it into a casino? Can they cut a deal with a tribe here? I do not know, does anyone?

In 2009 Bayshore Capital built Opus Condominiums. The quotes from an article involving the name Henry Wolfond include 55 units that will be expected to show a return on their investment within the next 5 years. The 2009 website indicated that the building was unoccupied after completion. According to another website Bayshore Capital formed a partnership, with TRG/AMR sponsors of the Rolex 24 used to promote the Hard Rock.

It's a matter of personal opinion not personal interest that the Daytona Beach News Journal specifically gathers information from interviews and information/comments from Marc Bernier. The source of information is weak. Henry Wolfond alleged president & C.E.O. of Bayshore Capital would speak to Bernier [over the phone] during a resent interview about the Hard Rock. Almost all of this attention was given to the France family - One Daytona- and connecting to the image of the race track/bike events and how both have been the history and legacy of Daytona Beach. Bayshore Capital does not exist as a website apart from mentioning Daytona Beach & the Hard Rock. The voice on the phone could very easily been a representative of the speedway [Joie Chitwood] The public would have no way of knowing or confirming that if Henry Wolfond is just a name and a picture. Google images for the location of Bayshore exist as an artist rendering.

According to a Fox News report on February 3 2014, construction of the Hard Rock which was expected to begin in July 2014 will be pushed back until later this year [not specific] When Fox News attempted to schedule an interview with members of Bayshore Capital representatives for the company could not be reached. <<< !!
