When tourists make the trek to the “World's Most Famous Beach,” city officials want them to have an easy time finding their way around.

The bend of Clyde Morris Boulevard into Mason suggests a tax loophole. Robert Strickland park was money used that would break that direction. Behavioral Services is the government funded program that leads to a redirecting of tax dollars. It may not seem significant it certainly doesn't sound like a coincidence that progress would be redirected and lead in an opposite direction where Bill France Boulevard begins and ends at the speedway. Mason Avenue Oakridge/Seabreeze three names change the tax codes. A one way bridge in both directions leading into one way streets [ large enough for a motorcycle] suggests that the money can only be going one way- Dunn/Ingram/Fairview change of tax codes. 7 private donation churches on one street with 4 names leading into an area of special events over a bridge suited for a motorcycle using money that leaves town! THAt. just Looks suspicious. There are two churches and a bingo parlor on Mary mcCloud Bethune Boulevard sure it's just one name nobody believes that the Volusia County School Board launders money [ the horror] International Speedway Boulevard 8 lanes near the track- what the hell happened there!! 4 lanes on street that looks like it had a going out of business sale. The stories you have heard are true only the names have been change to protect the guilty Dah dah dah dunt.

Orange Avenue ends where lack of progress begins. The lack of progress in large part is government owned property ending at Clyde Morris Boulevard. The speedway stopped any progress for the airport

This ideas are surrounded by the fact that state roads are controlled by the county. Infrastructures [housing & development] are based on improvements to county owned property that justify the spending costs. Joie Chitwood will spend as much time redeveloping The speedway with ideas of having a lower seating capacity and attempt to convince the public or the internal revenue service that the spending is divided into costs for One Daytona- this never stopped being about the France family they didn't change their minds. The county gains legal rights to those roads. Not actually ownership which of course belongs to the taxpayers

The purpose of the churches are to prevent bars from cropping up. They are serving the community by just sitting along the road. No one can open a bar within the neighborhood that has all the issues living there. It really kind of clever.

It's just a matter of our- constitutional rights that religious organization should not be excluded because they are tax free properties and there is a separation between church and state. Thomas Jefferson included that stipulation not to protect anyone from religious ideas as a civil right, too protect the ideas that do not include religious belief by organization. Giving a fair an equal side to the matter. As a matter of that stipulation it can also exclude any suspicion on tax fraud. It becomes a matter to look into. The general neighborhood includes two behavioral centers a ball park 2 cemetery's a sexual assault center Florida Healthcare a base ball field a memorial stadium and a college under the guidance of Trudie Kibbe Reed with complaints about B/C.U wanting a private police force. That's a lot of tax write offs for a neighborhood that considered dangerous. The matter of bars in that neighborhood is redirected by itinerant vendors with a temporary [illegal ] licenses [one given by Mark Criswell before being fired] That's a good distance from money laundering along the way.

As an area with that many write offs the legal system has the money going directly back to government. The horror or this is that guns, drugs home invasion and the murder of a 12 year old boy who was visiting his father from Atlanta that went unsolved when his father has previous drug convictions are protected by the fact that the News Journal will report a constitutional right was violated during the act of a crime.??? That can involve a suspect & a suspected cop!

The bridge work for Volusia County is funded through the state.[Grenada-I.S.B.- Silver Beach & Dunlawton became major projects involving the largest amount for construction costs with included road construction beautification- and maintenance. The location [starting point] for each bridge is an indication of misused tax dollars to redirect money The normal construction pattern for the Granada & I.S.B. bridge would be the shortest distance between two points Meaning that the Grenada bridge would have Grenada Boulevard toward the direction of Ormond Beach city hall ending in a what is the private sector of east Riverside Drive with a continuous traffic pattern to A.1a. Each bridge should be flat- & wide with modern construction. I.S.B. bridge should begin and end at Magnolia with provided road construction on both sides.

As a missed point intentional traffic patterns [mentioned in another topic] of Mason/Fairview Oakridge/Seabreeze & Sickler Avenue redirects traffic with the idea of use for motorcycles. The division avoids construction costs entering into a residential/ business district. The misuse of funds used to build a large bridge without reasonable intentions redirects the traffic pattern.

The length of the International Speedway Boulevard bridge is somewhere in the neighborhood of 30.000 ft. maybe a bit more. An excuse was used that large boats would need to pass when in fact it's never really been clarified how often that idea is put to use, It becomes a private matter with the building of the Daytona Beach Yacht Club which receives little or no advertisement and is boasted as the playground for political parties. The height is about 60 to 65 ft. This is being brought up as a point because the original size wasn't much bigger than the Main Street Bridge. Between about 1500 to 1800 ft. It's known more its monstrosity than it is for convenience or saving taxpayers money. The second bridge that was build where I.S.B. is now had a clearance span of 90 ft. There is an excessive waste tax money in this idea. The bridge also over occupies useful land.
