We recently visited Flagler and was amazed at how rude everyone was! From the people at the condos to the local police when ask for directions. Everyone had an attitude. Do you realize how much money vistors/tourist spend when coming to your area? Do you not think that since vistors/tourist support your local ecomony that vistors/tourist should be treated with a little courtsey! I have traveled across the U.S.A. and have never been to any place with such hateful/rude people in all my life! The local vendors were friendly it was the people who live there that were the worst! I would say to anyone not to visit Flagler but I think that is what you all are hoping.....sorry

If "everybody" was rude... Maybe it's a personal problem..? We loved Flagler and it's people so much we bought land and built a house there. We are counting the days until we can move there full time, and not just use it as a weekend place. I think the best idea would be that you not return to Flager beach..!!

Don't mind the New Yorkers. They get nicer after they've lived here a couple years.

If we could just get all from NY and NJ to move to Miami, it would be a wonderful place to live.
Sick to death of hearing their slang way of talking.
