When religious groups become involved in economic development & government related issues with ideas of helping the homeless as little as possible it's redirecting laundered money into proposed projects that the city commission will find an excuse to avoid. Tiger Bay was a proposal for a homeless shelter- 6 years ago. This idea keeps the homeless on government assistance [if they can get it] and gives them a mat to sleep on. No contribution to self esteem hide the homeless in a corner because the Volusia County jail is overcrowded. < that's the problem religious groups have connecting them to government problems that show a misuse of money= laundering' Do government a favor that they won't agree too.
