In simpler terms to avoid the confusion of unnecessary drama. The Halifax Advertising Authority is government slush fund that does not want to invest in proper tourism guidelines. The outside company promotes ideas of healthy tourism [also the hometown of..yours-truly Las Vegas] The company is claiming let us help you- the answers no? Ok then we tried and after research [realized that it wasn't worth it- a mistake that should have been obvious. This is about helping people enjoy themselves - changing something for the good of everyone. It's not that bad to look into it. Still government has different ideas and they did the outside company a favor and told everyone concern the answer is still NO! They can't allow for outside companies that would report misbehavior. That interferes with 6 slush fund organizations that people aren't supposed to know about.???? It's just wrong!

This creates a separate set of books for the tax base of a county consisting of 4 close proximity towns. A set of books-or discs that were suspected to be an warehouse in south Daytona when Jim Chisholm was allegedly under investigation [..BY the County Manager..?] 3 years ago. Jim Dineen didn't count on the idea that this might be a diversion and the warehouse with tax records might be in Port Orange. Which has been raided by the F.B.I. Those facts need to be uncovered surrounding Ramara Garrett.
