Why is this Article listed on 2 different dates as if it happened 2 times? If the Editor would please look into the Police blotter and find what did really happen on the more recent date about October 08, 2013 about the shoot out in Port Orange that was at the same time as the one in Daytona and at the same time as Obama's speech on TV.

Further, and it may be related, what happened to Timothy Skowronski about 30 years old Mainland High graduate, currently of Edgewater whom has been reported to me, suffered a Fatal gunshot wound to the head?

I can be contacted keet_hensley@yahoo.com
My interest in Tim is because we were friends and he was my Apprentice until about 2002

Thank you,

A public battle between Comm. Joyce Cusack & Chief Chitwood in the NO News Journal over inducting a member to the H.A.A. Board became an argument, where Cusack showed favoritism, and accused the chief of prejudice type thinking. Ted Doran was allegedly demoted as chairman and remained on the H.A.A. Board before getting fired. Illegal activity at the Heritage Inn was reported. An unsuccessful attempt at getting a warrant, would raise the Chief's suspicions about what Cusacks motive was. A warrant was obtained the Heritage Inn was raided. The owner Pravin Pm. Patel was arrested for operating a meth lab. Chief Chitwoods suspicions were correct. Joyce Cusack inducted Pravin Pm. Patel to the H.A.A. Board. The Heritage Inn is where the kidnapping occurred!

The story of Jermaine Green was.. that he used to be a football hero. In reality he is/or was a drug addict. It's uncertain according to reports, if the victim has a criminal record because it wasn't REPORTED! How convenient! Green held a knife to the victim, who was shot by the police. An investigation into the shooting to waste tax money is being held. The house where the crime occurred involving the victim who is assumed to have a rental agreement to conduct illegal drug activity belongs to the father of Derrick henry who was previously arrested accused and dismissed on charges of Ballot fraud, after handing his brother a commissioners job, when his brother has no previous political experience. Greens victim REFUSES to cooperate with police after they shot her.. OF COURSE. That's just as convenient as Green being in critical condition [coma] and more than a dozen witnesses outside one that called the police and said.. He's going to KILL her. The same people that didn't give the police a statement.

These two stories were released at the same time. After being reprinted at a later date, the two stories were combined to one article. The News Journal is intentionally doing this to cover up an investigation by giving as little information as possible! Pat Rice is still on government payroll.
