It was New Smyrna Beach hospital that wanted to capitalize of the idea of private medical care funding- through organization using charitable donations from religious groups. If that isn't money laundering then what the hell is it? The 1.7. million dollars as a projected loss in Medicaid funds has Jeffery Feasel concerned when it's a threat to Feasel's 1.5. million dollar salary as C.E.O. of Halifax & Board Chairman of Embry Riddle. Feasel is not victim he's the enemy. The focus of the whistleblowers investigation. The news Journal allows the criminal activity in Daytona to defend their actions. Feasel is afraid.
