The News Journal waited for another story to report that immune deficiency or a compromised immune system is the contributing factor of causing a fatality. That point was not included in the first story the city officials know that fishing is a part of tourism. Something the commissions guard against happening. They intentionally keep advertising hidden. There is a %25 mortality [risk] of contracting the V. Vulnificus bacteria for someone with a normally functioning immune system. Vibrio Vulnificus is a graham negative, rod shaped bacteria commonly found in shell fish!
