What happened to the "homeless expert" Daytona Beach hired? Are they jumping the gun or what? This is all just a confusing situation. This looks like a power play by some people trying to control the money, but I am not sure who is doing what. Can anyone explain it to me?

A homeless expert was just another way to hide the payroll. The article that explains that a homeless expert went undercover means that the money is not being used.
It's redirected as laundered money

Directors and employees of the Coalition for the homeless of Volusia County [Deland] Coalition for the homeless for Volusia/Flagler Counties The Daytona Beach Leadership Council and the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce are give exceptional benefits with no less than a reported $60.000 year With a golden parachute [retirement- fund courtesy of the government for more than %50 of their income. The interest in solving the problem is not there. The homeless in Daytona Beach are transient [coming and going ] because there are too many opportunities ! The tax dollars are returned to the government through various social services and religious donation. The idea is promoted more than its discouraged.

As long as someone can make money enabling these hobos and bums, yes they will make it attractive for more to come which is WRONG. Quit feeding the stray dogs and they will quit hanging around on the porch!

the misappropriation of funds in Volusia County would mean never being allowed to have state or federal funding. The Coalition for the homeless would need that if in fact this were a legitimate concern, If this was an organization willing to help the homeless it wouldn't be an issue and it wouldn't involve appearing as just another public/private enterprise. Those ideas are nothing more than manipulation from the county. The community redevelopment board Main Street advisory board convention visitors bureau Halifax advertising authority the echo foundation the coalition for improvements to International Speedway Boulevard- St. Johns Water Management District The Volusia County Board of Education exist on paper to move around laundered money! All of these organization are the county commission.

Hey Birmingham, AL stick to your own bankrupt city. Better yet, better be sure and fine those Iowa GOPers who snuck into city hall to go through that day's election ballots and try to get their teabagger pick elected. They 'claim' they went there around 2 a.m. and were 'locked' in. Liars all.

We have more homeless because there are no decent paying jobs, and those working for less than $10 an hour are most likely just 'that' close to ending up homeless as well, since foreign real estate "interests' have pushed up the cost of rentals and living so much. Many of these people were formerly homebuilder contractors who found themselves without jobs after the great republican Recession of 2008/2009. Give them a little slack and show you have some humanity left in you, people.

They all have good tales to convince the bleeding hearts to fund their nasty lifestyle ,cigarette, drug, and alcohol habits. Those people are not the only people who have ever been laid off. I and many others have and we turned the situation into a challenge not a defeat. You do what it takes whether it's one, two, or three jobs doing whatever even though it's "beneath your dignity" as you friends call it. If there are no jobs out there, then why do all these people come into this country and go right to work? Filter out the hobo's and bums that are running from the law, avoiding child support, ex-spouses, court judgments, and bill collectors. Then weed out those fakers who pretend to be "homeless veterans" dressed in the thrift store clothes but have NEVER served one day in the military. Their tale of the VA turning them down or not understanding their problems is just sucker bait. Send the garbage packing and there will be more services and funding for those in real need.

The Veterans Building [U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs the Veterans Military Organization [listed with three names] 1620 Mason Ave Daytona Beach. This is on a basic website without designs or information. Not listed as an administration [Building]' only known as suite C The Daytona Beach Outpatient Clinic [website] 551 Healthcare Drive Daytona Beach lists three doctors next to those names are three blank images. The question of how many homeless veterans are in Volusia County would only amount to the transient homeless taking advantage of not for profit/ or religious not for profit organizations for purpose of allowing for the major tax deductions. Including the property.

The only source of information that has anything to do with veterans who are homeless would be Bikers For First Amendment Rights. It's a private organization used for public speaking! The number of members is unknown. 5 employees including the club president. It's a non organization used to voice opinions only by he president informing the public of the rights they no longer have in Volusia County and falsely speaking out against those rights to enable the publics point of view. Not much to do with being a biker- nothing to do with veterans and everything to do with violating rights. The previous address on an illegal use of property for tax purposes moved to a different address in the same district [Ridgewood] with a website that promotes poker. You do the math.

Jason Davis waited 4 years for a heart valve replacement. A 4 year list for a problem that was resolved with a recovery immediately after a heart attack. As a veteran he would be appointed with the knowledge of Veteran's benefits = manipulating the funds. Davis applied to the V.A. office without a response- missing funds a quick recovery...! The Director of the Community Redevelopment Board [NSB] Applied' for state funding after the 30 year contract [1985-2015] expires in June 2015 The new contract for CRA funding is a stall tactic. 40 year contract [NSB] with additional funding. Our little project [pioneer trail] is a neutral zone of funding splitting the tax base between Port Orange & NSB. Mori Houssini is a financial backing on an acquired loan from the bank with low interest rates. The transfer of funds for the property will place the funding into C.R.A. with a higher interest rate for the financial backing which is transferred to the low interest loan for ownership of a property.

According to GuideStar.org this Bikers For First Amendment Rights is no longer a non-profit organization. "This organization has not appeared in IRS records for a number of months and may no longer exist.

This organization's exempt status was automatically revoked by the IRS for failure to file a Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N, or 990-PF for 3 consecutive years. Further investigation and due diligence are warranted."

I am curious who owns the 745 Ridgewood Address. Property Appraiser says it is Show-J LLC, which is not in Sunbiz. The billing goes to PO Box 15200 which is David Hood's law firm. Show-J LLC is curiosity.

The money is impossible to trace. It does prove a point. Two locations for BFFAR. Poker games to move in between two locations Records of spending that do not exist. Two lawyers connected to the problem. Ownership rights with names that can be used in between not one -two P.O. Boxes. A car dealership at 747 Ridgewood that can be used as a buy here pay here business The flag issue was a diversion from BFFAR & All in One Auto Sales. Both properties are illegal. Fane Decosta was a tax preparer that received 3 years for each count of illegal tax preparation in an amount of five hundred thousand dollars.
