A 90-year-old woman had to shell out $200 to get her stolen medical alert bracelet back after it turned up at a central Florida coin shop.

1.) The lazy prosecutors should include restitution in their plea bargains.
2.) The Pines should give the money back to the victims for lax security.
3.) What is this "coin dealer" doing pawning items? Close him down. Isn't it illegal to hide being a pawn shop? More lazy cops.
