Gallup has been polling on the subject of Marijuana legalization since 1970. Fast-foward to 2013 to the latest Gallup poll. This poll shows a record 58% in favor of legalization for (get this) "Recreational" use. This poll, also, shows major shifts in all demographic and age groups.

Sounds like the tide is shifting.

Did they also tell you the polls were conducted outside head shops? Colorado and Washington have changed THEIR laws but the Federal Gov't still has MJ as a CLASS I narcotic. Federal law supersedes state laws so if you bend the rules, the DEA or ATF could hand you some prison time instead of just a fine and a slap on the wrist from the local Barney Fife. Don't let your guard down yet.
