An acquisition is a taking over of all or most of the property to gain controlling interest. An example would be Ramara Garrett investing in Riverboat condominiums with controlling interest to force code enforcement violations on the original owner of the property. That was South Daytona. An article on internet pointed out that Andros was in close proximity to the worlds most famous beach and international speedway- that doesn't sound like a legitimate investment.
