You're losing it again Joe.. No one wants to support people stealing money but you're not going to get anything done tippy toeing thru the tulips on TOPIX. Don't be a soldier hiding behind a rock on the battlefield, step out, be a hero, and make a difference in the outcome IF you really have concrete , rock hard, smoking gun evidence.

<quoted text>You're swatting gnats with a tennis racquet. Our Government along with our tax dollars has programs for unemployed and underemployed people to go to trade schools to learn a trade that will get them back in the mainstream. You don't wait until the jobs are announced. These people have to have a little initiative to get off their dead azz and do something about their situation so maybe a little initiative would be setting a six month limit on any welfare payouts UNLESS you're actively enrolled in good standing with that program.
The Volusia County Board Of Education will be suspect in misappropriation of funds. Using unemployment money or government assistance programs to fund education is money laundering. The Volusia County School Board uses pensions and union contracts connected to political favors = money laundering That will be brought up as a point. You support the same idea

TOPIX isn't going to fix the problem. if you want the situation to change You have to get your CONCRETE information to the print and TV media. Some won't listen, but it only takes ONE to stir the embers into a raging fire. Get your firm information, sift out the gossip and half truths and hit the streets to the newspapers and TV stations. If you're not willing to do that, sit back and live with whatever they do with YOUR money.

You're into this idea of violating constitutional rights. When the gossip becomes a matter of public opinion and the courts have to decide who is telling the truth and who isn't that causes a major delay in jury selection. It interferes with the right to a fair and speedy trial. media information /the press is being withheld to a certain degree by federal orders. You not only want to help launder money thru the education system that's already suspect you want to delay the trial separate the facts from gossip and decide for yourself any difference between the two before a trail even begins. You're a Nazi & and idiot. Florida doesn't have a state tax anyone outside of Volusia County [Sumter 74.4 miles] is not directly effected by this type of extreme impact.

Some people do not want to believe that government is corrupt. Bribes are paid by big business in the form of campaign donations and "in kind" services. Tax money is used to support the rich, so they can pay big dividends to themselves. We are all have a right (if tax paying citizens) to complain about where the tax money really goes.

Daytona beach is hoping to sink $675.000 into Municipal Stadium. Maybe hopefully,$297.500 from the Daytona Racing Recreation Facility that's a figure used for something specific. What does the stadium need. Lighting & a new scoreboard... what else = doesn't mention anything it isn't your money it's private enterprise.$115.000 added to $297.500 that should pay for a scoreboard and lights now we're talkin. We're still hoping private enterprise doesn't have this money just to tell people where they shouldn't buy their lights. The $115.000 is sponsored by Pepsi [NO COKE Pepsi] Does Coke know about the tax problems? That's interesting. Your not effected yet. The city plans to chip in except their not telling you how much that is. Huston we have a problem. As it was mentioned that's a not a city tax that's a municipal tax. That's a millage rate an amount that an owner is expected to pay on a levy or lean. As it was previously mentioned stadiums Areas or any type of sports complex is supported by county that's why L.P.G.A. bends because it isn't a county [tax] road.

If complaining is all you're capable of doing, then complain about pollution, the cost of groceries and gasoline, the rising cost of medical care, the high cost of new cars, and the low COLAs for people on Social Security. Complaining may get it off your mind but complaining won't change a thing so live with the situation that you're not willing to go to battle against.

The figures are aggravating they can also be extremely exaggerated. Did the government give those figures to the N.J.? NO the news journal doesn't have a source they wouldn't be obligated it's a option. What would the last option be? A percent not the full amount. The skim. The skim in this case is private enterprise [who does not reveal any information about themselves given to government for eminent domain [rights to property] for private use that may also involve a diversion. The millage rate is an indication of the raise in taxes. It's the figure that you don't know that makes everybody angry.

The articles and statements are always going to be about what people do not want to hear, D.H. is right. a resident of the county is more tuned into these bad ideas and they know when they're being duped. Everything is not about having an opposing point of view, The history of the county and the government dictates the way people feel about what isn't being done. You don't know enough about it to share that opinion Thomas A. There isn't anything to convince that it isn't your argument.

Pollution is a problem for the Halifax River [Volusia] The price of gasoline is twenty seven cents higher [In Volusia County] in comparison to other regional areas. The rising cost is effecting delivery charges past of to the consumer [for groceries] in Volusia County. Medical care is being laundered through government programs [An affordable Care Act] Thru private donations from religious groups {Halifax Healthcare Investigation] Tax fraud. The former Mayor of Daytona Beach Glen Richie is the president C.E.O. of several automobile organizations and has established the large percent of dealerships controlling those costs Social Security is the least of anyone's problems in Volusia County government funded programs have the population dependent on government funds. 581 commercial business' are for sale when the minimum wage is raised taxes are increased [ federal] That's the tip of the iceberg.

You have no credibility to your comments. They are contradictions that you bring on yourself. You seek out other comments to create a dispute of fact and have no creditable knowledge of an investigation concern a state and county that has no effect on your tax base [ if your I.P. address is in fact correct.] Your opinion is just as distant from that fact as the 700 + miles with concern to the situation. You rely on newspaper reports after it has been stated that the primary source [The Daytona beach News Journal] is intentionally confusing any facts by not being given permission by federal orders to any of those facts. International Speedway the Volusia County School Board & Volusia County government have yet to be directly included in terms of innocence or guilt not included in the investigation however that will be subpoenaed to testify at this trial That is all you are entitled too.

You're blowing smoke again! You seem to have all the inside information on all the improprieties and massive corruption going on all around you but all you're will to do is bitch, moan, and complain on TOPIX.. Step up and be a roaring lion or just keep being a screaming flea.

Incomplete projects [Municipal Stadium= One Daytona- The Arts & Science Museum] are being used as an excuse. Speedway construction is being financed thru Cici & Hyatt Brown. Insurance fraud is suspected with an attempt of three out of court settlements.

Did you totally miss post #55? You keep bringing up accusations of what's going on but you must accept what's going on because you're not willing to do anything about it. Great Danes get more attention than Chihuahuas. Quit being a Chihuahua !

You don't understand any part of the topic. You don't want to understand what is being done. You need a map to get around in your own world.
