I hope that the man who did this crime is sentenced to never have freedom in his life time. He took away Jeff who is a father of two beautifull boy's who only have memories of the past to hold onto & will never make any memories for the future with thier dad, they will be spending fathers day at the cemetary now and forever his oldest son will celebrate his birthday this week without hearing his dad telling him Happy Birthday ever again these boy's will never share any of thier mile stones in life with thier father all because of someones foolishness if you are reading this I hope you relize the pain and heratache you have put in these childrens life and in his family and friends. I do believe in forgiveness because I believe in God , I also belive in consequenses for your actions I do not think you deserve the right to ever have a future I believe you should stay in jail for life and only have the memories of your freedom as these boys have only the memory of thier father although this will not bring Jeff back this would be justice for the crime you committed. Why should you have the oppurtunity go to jail for a short time and get out & start over and have a family someday when you, tore apart a family because you decided to get drunk when your not even of legal age, get angry , get behind the wheel and kill someone you know the truth of what happened can you really live with that truth ??? You get to wake up every day whether in jail or not you will be able to have contact with family and friends to help you get through your hard times, and thoes two little boy's have no father to turn to because of you everyday when you look in the mirror your reflection won't lie you will see a killer !!!! MAY JUSTICE BE SERVED

today is July 2 and I heard that the state was thinking of giving a plea of only 10 years only serving 75-80% what kind of justice system do we have to offer that to a man who was drunk killed my kids daddy and be out of jail before he is 30 years old which was how old Jeff was when he was killed. The family turned that down and is going for the max which by the way is not that much better. Maybe because this is my boys were talking about I do not feel that anything will be good enough, my boys were 2 days away from spending their vacation with their daddy, bags were packed and then we get the PHONECALL everyone dreds getting, and my life has not been the same since, all i think about is the excitement in my boys eyes when it came closer and closer to visit their dad and how excited Jeff sounded on the phone. Joshua if you read this and you ever have kids and they become the age of 5 and 12 you imagine and think how it would feel for your wife or girlfriend to tell your 5 year old, not only that his dad is in heaven but explaining constantly everytime he ask when is he going to see daddy again or when he ask when is daddy coming back from heaven, how is he going to be in heaven.??? This is what you did to my life because you got ask t leave a mans house drunk and get behind the wheele and kill someone, just cause you got asked to leave it did not mean you had to drive, you could've taken a taxi walked to safe place and call some1 to pick you up. you are 20 years old an adult and you made the decision to get in your car and hit some one and killed someones daddy.

years later...my father is still dead, gone. the guy who killed him, not in jail for killing my father. Not in jail for driving drunk, underaged, twice the legal limit, nor for killing a man. He gets to see his dad, talk to him, have those heart to hearts. I'm 20 now and my father is still gone, my brother and I have lived on for so long with a gaping hole in the heart tht can never be filled. Joshua, wherever you are, whatever your doing, whoever your with, you don't deserve it. Every smile you've had, every laugh you've shared every drink every conversation you have been able to have, each and every breath you take, you do not deserve. You know it, and I know it. If you think just a few years in timeout (prison) is enough to pay a debt to a soul you took yourself, you are sorely mistaken. You are living in denial if for one second you believe you have moved on and deserve to live your life. Your punishment did not fit your crime. And it DISGUSTS ME TO MY VERY CORE THAT NOTHING CAN EVER BE DONE. Jeff blancher was more than just a man, he was my father, AND I MISS HIM EVERY MOTHER FUCKING DAY
