This is used as an example: Eddie Colosimo for city commission at large. An opposing viewpoint for everything that Holly Hill government uses as an excuse to escape the negative publicity of their own reckless empire. Donnie Moore has issues with residency,[ethics violations= ethics committees = wasting taxpayers money on a secret investigation without any viable information about how he was cleared of any disciplinary action!Colosimo is repeatedly used to avoid issues that government wants to ignore. Colosimo will campaign for a city commission seat only to be stopped by the county in succeeding. Jason Davis was used as an example of someone that was going to change government= Jeffery Hintz was used as an example of someone that was going to save poor Don Poor from losing his job and his so called respectability, by giving hope to people and then taking it away. Which is the only example and point that government in Volusia County wants to make. The residents become duped by the News Journals reports, making them the victims of bad excuses by Volusia County Government. Colosimo is just used as the front man.

Colosimo had a discussion with Donnie Moore about residency restrictions regarding a woman who has or had[it's undetermined] a business in Ormond Beach. The business restrictions imposed by Ormond Beach city commissioners made it difficult for that woman [who remains anonymous ?] to maintain her property taxes of about $12.000 a year. Colosimo listens to this story intently nodding his head while he listens, only to hear the point, that Donnie Moore [the focus of attention] is a Holly hill commissioner, and can't do anything for anybody that lives in Ormond Beach. Both of them want people to hear that they wish they could do something but they can't. They do this by bringing up an invalid point! Colosimo can argue the point but it won't result in anything!
