The Chief is right. Lazy prosecutors. Bad jail system. Just look through the mugshots and see that the same people are doing all the crimes over and over. Daytona is not a safe place to live. The other part is greedy bondsmen taking any money they can get.

A old lady takes a dog and has to have a $12,500 bond. A thug steals a car and goes home to momma without a bond.

The feds could be thumbing their way through the legal system to find out where the payoffs are. The chief did everything he could to avoid a fight in the courtroom with Judge Joseph Will last month [January] Will has to be on that list!
Allegations are going to start moving in the right direction. Prosecutors are not the biggest problem. It's tough to remove a judge without strong evidence. Florida laws change by the states own definition. The F.B.I. needs evidence on Larizza.
