The accusation of pointing fingers by name is a distortion of facts!! An attempt of writing off Municipal Stadium [a non tax non investment property] is recorded under a municipal tax Municipal tax includes general city services as a county tax deduction including a use of utilities as a deduction for water meters [not off topic] The municipal tax protects the liability of Florida Power & light for the misuse of water meters An agreement for the use of Municipal Stadium for sporting events connects the contract agreement for healthcare costs to B.C.U. under sports medicine in the use of the stadium for sporting events. The donation of [$1million] from B.C.U. board member Joe Petrock [illegitimate as a government concern] protects the liability of responsibility for the misuse of Medicare/Medicaid for Halifax Hospital making payments in the lawsuit by investigating fraudulent insurance claims. Its a protection rack of properties.

The vicinity of International Speedway Boulevard to Fentress experienced a power failure. The area is an in kind contribution of tax deduction. Excluding B.C.U as a collective effort of contributing stock through the tax deduction o private donation. B.C.U. as the collective effort operates on an independent community redevelopment fund. The power failure is a redirection of funds through F.P.L stockholders supported by I.C.I - I.S.C. stock exchange

Independent funding through militant group participation. A.C.L.U non profit organization whereby a prejudicial act will force the prejudicial opinions of the public vote as hypocritical. N.A.A.C.P. the non partisan group not associated with government as not for profit organization to benefit opinions of the self victimizing establishment. Civil rights violations not under civil codes as a third party organization not accepting the circumstances by embracing individual views as a group effort. Religious beliefs against the standards of public participation to include the separate opinions of government regardless of origin. Violations of the freedom act!!
