Judge Raul Zambrano and Prosecutor Kenneth Ulich conspired to maliciously prosecute an innocent citizen using false fabricated evidence and falsely sworn affidavits to cover-up "Civil Rights" violations committed against the innocent citizen by the Flagler County Sheriff's Department. The Judge was removed and sent to Deland FL, the Prosecutor has since left the State Attorney's Office. This case is still open on the docket in Flagler County FL, Room 401 Judge Joseph Walsh. Corruption within the Justice System continues. It is believed that the FBI has a pending investigation on this matter.(see the FBI in Jacksonville FL for more details)

Rumor has it that removing a judge is almost impossible.. This could certainly apply to Judge Joseph Will who presides in cases involving drugs, in Daytona Beach. There is an impression from reports in the News Journal, that when someone in a high authority government position or position in general, steps down- retires or gets terminated, it's just a matter of taking a job in the different part of the county!

Judge Will's assistant got arrested again. This time for DUI with prooerty damage. Read it on volusiaexposed.com . According to the police report they posted, she refused to blow. Does that mean she can't drive for a year? It happens with regular folks unless they get a work permit. Wonder how this will be handled.

Judge Will handles drug & alcohol related cases. You're answering your own question. Will handled the case when Sharks Louunge was in trouble for drug's & prostitution. The liquor store remained open. Police Officer's were given permission to enter a house on Hollywood Ave, then found drug paraphenalia out in the open. The resident claimed police harrasment. Aparently in a few cases it's a violation of rights if you can't break the law, in Daytona. Everything goes back to playing the victim/sympathy angle! Chief Chitwood gets a bad rap if these cases make there way up to the state attorney's office. There was a story about a woman who lives in Daytona Beach, that voted for McCroskey & Johnson, there's a lot of baloot fraud! go'in on!

The FBI is just as corrupt. What good does filing a case about a corrupt judge with the FBI do? One hand washes the other. The whole system is corrupt and until the PEOPLE take back the country (no, not in a republitard bumper sticker kind of way) this kind of behavior will continue.
