Waste of time, owner has been boycotted by the locals for not paying entertainment and employees.Rude and disrespectful, short pours, spit in food...etc. If you go there you are prolonging the inevitable closure of Lou DeRosas' dishonest business. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! DO NOT TRUST HIM TO PAY YOU FOR SERVICES! OUT OF TOWN BANDS BE WARNED! 7 unpaid bands that we know of, no telling how many others.

Bad Boys Bar & Grill is a Theresa Doan property. on Main Street. The person that you may have spoken too [claiming to be the owner] which is not doubtful is a cooperative which is an autonomous person or persons [ def. Anyone willing to participate voluntarily to a mutual tax base. The shared tax base includes surrounding properties t-shirt shops leather sales ] the tax zone is favorable to the areas extending to Maui Surf Shop to Oakridge Seabreeze - a split tax zone - separated by the bridge. The zone ends at Salty Dog [south] near Harvey Avenue. The cooperative is used to make up a voting zone of members belong to the Main Street Advisory Board. It's a shared profit of private enterprise.

DAYTONA BEACH -- Saturday, April 18, 2015
The owner of a biker bar in Daytona Beach has been arrested after police say he stabbed an employee in the face with a hunting knife.
Police arrested 59-year-old Louis Derosa Friday night. He is the owner of Bad Boys Bar & Grill located at 601 Main Street.
Investigators say Derosa got into an argument with an employee in a parking lot because he wouldn’t give him the password for his computer.
According to the arrest report, Derosa punched the victim then slashed his face from the bridge of his nose to his left cheek. Police said the wound was about 8 inches long and 2 inches deep.
The victim was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center. Police said his injury was not life-threatening.
Derosa is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon with bodily harm. He was transported to the Volusia County Jail on $50,000 bond.
At his first appearance Saturday, a judge reduced his bond to $15,000.

The crime should be the focus of attention! However that won't.. happen. The question is who doesn't own the bar? Ownership of the properties recorded by Volusia County government is classified as tax exempt for the purpose of not being able to trace the records. The stock ownership of main street properties become a deduction in the tax write off of time share condominiums both of with have revolving interest in ownership. Who will own the bar after a legal battle is swept under the rug?
