i'd like to see a billboard right next to all of those "shop rhea county" say something like

"WHERE? WAL-MART?

If I am not mistaken - is not the so called dirt already been taxed once? Who paid the land taxes on the dirt in the first place. Can it be taxed twice? I AM SO CONFUSED - I HOPE I DONT HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY LAND TWICE
