Has anyone else gotten sick after eating at the Huddle House in Dayton? I ate there 3 days ago and had a breakfast. Other than some big old looking man that was handling everything even picking things up off the floor who was cooking my food, the food was pretty good. That night was a diffrent story when I was sick as a dog with what felt like food poisoning. The food look fine and tasted fine but that was all I had to eat before getting sick. I just think the old man cooking was nasty. He looked like some big homeless man cooking and one thing for sure I will not go back there again.

I try not to patronize a restaurant that rarely has cars in the parking lot. That pretty much tells me how the food the service or both are.

My family and I have eaten there many times and had no problems. Unless it is an outbreak, where many people are sickened, you really don't know where you ingested that microscopic germ.

about a year and ahalf ago, me and my boyfriend went there, it took forever just to get our food, they brought my boyfriends first, and mine seriously about 10 min. later, when thay sat it down i was starting to salt it, and there was a big long black hair, half of it was under part of it, but the other half was laying on the top! i informed them about this they said they were sorry, and ask if i wanted anything else, i said no we got up and my boyfriend went to pay for his food, and they had the nerve to charge him for mine, as well! need less to say, we have never been back there since, and never will be again!

Have you noticed the nice fingernail dirt, and they seem to wonder why no tip or a small tip is left. They say a satisfied customer tells a few people, but an unhappy customer tells the masses. Well here is it. Its a bad place to eat, ie the empty parking lot. I am not the only one!

I went by Huddle House this morning at 10:30, and the parking lot was full.

I want to start this by saying I am a server at a huddle house in Chattanooga. Whenever a customer receives food that isn't cooked to their specifications, customers always seem to blame the server! HELLO WE DON'T CONTROL WHAT THE COOKS DO. ALL WE DO IS BRING IT TO YOU. So next time you want to leave no tip realize that servers have to make a living off of $2.15 per hour. This is very hard to live off of. So when you don't leave a tip because the cooks did something, but we as servers had no control over, realize that we have families to feed. We do not deserve to be treated like this.

But it's your job to inspect the order before bringing it to the table. Stop the issue before it arises.

Sometimes when you have 8 other tables you can't remember what they ordered. Even if you get it right the customer will gripe because their hash browns aren't cooked enough or something like that. They didn't tell you how they wanted that cooked, but yet no tip.

No offense, but there are plenty of others jobs you could get in chattanooga where you could be making good money or at least decent money. You can't blame the customers and everyone because you only make 2.15 an hour. Its not our fault. Some people can't afford to leavve a huge tip, but everybody deserves to have a nice meal and enjoy each others company regardless. Not trying to be mean, but if you really need the money, why don't you try to find a job where your at least making minimun wage.

Here's you a tip; Pencil, paper, write things down until you can start remembering and getting things right. If you think you can never get this task accomplished please get into another line of work. About 15 minutes ago channel 9 news announced that Amazon is wanting to hire 250 full time employees ,now there ya go!

Why don't you go to Gary and ask him yourself instead of posting lying propaganda on this site? If you are afraid to do that then why don't you just slither back under whatever rock you came out from. Jealous lying haters make me sick.
