Can Gary Louallen give HIS money to help entice the city council where he is a councilman PLUS entice the county budget committee to go along with his personal deal with the sheriff and the boat dock money maker deal?
How can a councilman give HIS money to entice the city and even the county to USE TAXPAYER MONEY FOR HIS PERSONAL DEAL?

No wonder Louallen had this poll removed and how Magic brought it back LMAO

Guess those TVA calls and the federal money issues are paying off for some, not him, but for the rest of us.

Here is the deal Louallen made:

EXCERPT--"Earlier, the commission's budget committee approved a request from Dayton businessman Gary Louallen, who also serves on the Dayton City Council, to financially support two fishing tournaments whose organizers have expressed interest in coming to Dayton in 2011 and 2012.

The budget committee agreed to appropriate $5,000 for the 2011 event and $10,000 for the one in 2012, matching pledges from the City Council.

Louallen said significant revenue can be expected from both tournaments, and they would provide national exposure for the community."

Louallen's boat dock deal was printed in a Chattanooga newspaper which focused the true slant of this bogus bait shop deal. Private business is one thing, but to use public money for private gain is a NO-NO.

Rhea County checks validity of beer sales petition
Thursday, November 18, 2010

By Tom Davis

DAYTON, Tenn.-- Rhea County commissioners forwarded a petition to allow Sunday beer sales to the county election commission Tuesday, seeking a ruling on the validity of the document before taking action.

County Attorney Carol Barron said the petition "is just a recommendation that beer be sold in Rhea County on Sunday."

But Commission Chairman Ronnie Raper responded that, "We don't know if they are valid signatures."

Vice Chairman Emmaly Fisher asked, "Are we going to put it [Sunday sales] on the ballot?"

If there are sufficient valid signatures, "that's up to us," Raper answered.

In other matters, commissioners adopted a resolution to give County Executive George Thacker day-to-day control over what flags are flown on Rhea County property.

The question arose after two Gadsden flags, historic emblems with "Don't Tread on Me" emblazoned on a coiled rattlesnake, were removed without permission from a courthouse display.

I have look in Gary Louallen's Christian magazine and found lots of interesting reading about good people, God and lots of "Christian" topics. One thing I couldn't find was Louallen's gambling streak and his love for poker. I thought Jesus angered only ONE time when he saw the money changers GAMBLING at the tabernacle hall?
What would Jesus do? Who knows. What would Jesus not do that gary Louallen does...GAMBLE!

Fresh Outlook magazine intends to grow and stay in Dayton

Kim Potter remembers exactly when she got into the magazine business.

"I was reading a Christian women's magazine and said 'I can do better than this.' It must have been God talking, because I had no background or experience in publishing," said Potter. "I had to learn it all."

Working at her kitchen table, the Dayton native and her husband, Rocky, and daughter, Breanne, began publishing Fresh Outlook. Potter's first issue was May/June 2003.

Fresh Outlook has become a well-received Christian journal with a bimonthly circulation of 75,000 and nationwide appeal.

"Since magazines get passed around between friends and family, we actually reach about 200,000 readers internationally," Potter said.
Wal-Mart approached Potter about carrying the magazine in its stores because of its cover appeal. Books-a-million, Barnes and Noble, and many Christian bookstores also carry the magazine.

"Wal-Mart said it was the only Christian magazine that stood up against secular magazines in the racks," Potter said.

Potter describes Fresh Outlook as a lifestyle magazine. Regular features include practical, Biblical teaching, business ideas, health and fitness, decorating tips; and columns titled: Just for Moms, Sole Satisfaction for Singles and One Flesh for Couples. Contributors to the magazine come from all walks of life and all regions of the world.

Potter credits Creative Director Cheryl Cromer and Square Moon Custom Publishing, Inc. for the quality look of the magazine.

Bonnie and Gary Louallen of Dayton liked the publication so well that they became partners in the business. Read the rest http://rheaheraldnews.com/story/8225

Did you know that you can click on VIEW on your toolbar and then click SOURCE and save the html code for this entire page? You can easiliy create a mirror image of this poll. My test is to see how long it takes Louallen to get this one removed, for a second time. The true test is when it comes back again and again. Now that's magic.

Can someone tell Mr. Louallen to answer what his connection is with the concrete company in Dayton? He somehow manages to always brag about getting free concrete given to city projects. If he is on the council, he should not be doing this because it looks like favors and when a person that can vote on public jobs being awarded this doesn't look right at all. Please Mr. Louallen, answer this for me.
