Here is a story on the news. Recently there was a couple hundred street signs stolen and now tires are being slashed. According to Chief Sneed the "leads" point to teenagers. What leads? Sounds like he is just blaming something that can't be solved because he hasn't a clue what happened. Rumor has it Tyler Sneed (Chief's boy) was in on the street sign caper so maybe the first place for Chris Sneed to look is into the eyes of his own kid.

I was thinking that Chris Sneed is not a certified commissioned officer. I was thinking that he obtained it under a fraudulent application back when his daddy filled it out for him. I was thinking that when this is questioned it will lead to how he has TWO applications on file with 2 different dates, along with other dates that do not match up. I was also thinking that he can go to jail for this, that's what I'm thinking. Now, I think I will see what the POST commission thinks about all of this and then see how the city council thinks they plan to make that one go away.

Well I think its a shame that this has happened. And if it is teenagers then I hope they are punished as adults. It has cost these folks hundreds of dollars to have new tires put on their vehicles and tires don't come cheap. Not everybody has 400.00+ dollars set aside. I definitely don't think its somebody that has it out for their neighbor since it happened to nearly the entire street. I know teenagers like to do stupid stuff, and often get excitement from sneaking around but this is just ignorance, it's just something that you just don't do. I hope when their caught they are punished to the fullest extent by law!!

Just a thought, but if ONE of those punk kids are a boy of "someone special" (literally) then punishment will be minimal, no more than shutting down a school system with loads of horse shit.

If the name pops up as one of your kids, or grandkids, Judge Pudge will set another example. BTW, how id JD Creson doing these days? i heard his youngest cousin said a few things...Ahhhh, probably just crazy talk.

I know what should be done ,if its Teenagers each victim should be allowed 5 mins alone in a room full of switches... They definately need a huge dose of hickery tea !!! And If its an adult they alto have to work for them(the victims) untill the debt they figure is paid in full

I think it is someone close to police. How can that many tires be slashed in such a small area without notice? My bet is those low income Sneed apartment dwellers down there in Mountain View. See if any tires were cut in those 2 apartment complexes crammed on one little lot.

How about this, the city is trying to pass a bill
for more law inforcement officers, you have to have funding, not enough crime, create it, then the funds will be granted.

I suggest you be a true friend and let this topic fizzle out as it was doing. You commented on this after no one had said anything since February. Read the date of the last post before you post, that might help. My son knew Tyler as well and knows that he would not do such a thing. Keep your loving memories and just let all of this other stuff lie where it belongs, to fizzle out. I understand you wanting to come to his defense, but the last comment was in February.
