Dayton City school being sued for violating a disabled childs civil rights. The 6 year old, autistic child who can only speak a few words was paddled last year for being too aggressive.

Dayton City worries too much about trying to lock all the public / parents out of the school to protect the children and it seems the children need to be protected from them. How many others has this happened too?

If the kid is that retarded he should not be in regular school.

I agree they should be where there are staff that can properly educated to help them. Not put in the schools with low educated ignorant faculty.

i believe the kid should be in school. also there are special classes for those with handicap problems. because the child maynot be able to speak much. doesnt mean they do not belong in school at dayton city or anyother school. at least thats how it has always been in my world maybe im in the wrong world.but that is the way i was raised up . we are all equal. maybe some believe they are above others .if a child is paddled attending special ed classes then there are rules and guidelines to follow. i would take this to city council and to the schoolboard

Wow, what a thing to say. My son has Autism and even with you sounding like the asshole you are, I wouldn't wish it even on you. It is a difficult thing for the child and the family to go through. You should be ashamed of yourself, hell I am ashamed for you. I guess ignorance is bliss in your case. My child is in regular school and He is happy and the kids love him. Even though he is not NORMAL, He has just as much right to be there as any other child. If you can read, maybe you should look up the rights for the disabled children, maybe you could get educated on something you know nothing about.

i agree but if in special ed because of problems a child has then theres rules to follow and paddling them is also one of them. therefore a child with hadicaps that involves their reactions differently from a normal child there has to be guidelines to protect the child as well as the teacher. therefore paddling would be left out for safety of the child, in special ed.there are other types of punishment that would be better .ill support no paddling of a child with issuse keeping them from being a normal child.

Are all you people yelling beat the kid totally missing the fact he was autistic? There are 100 other ways to disipline or punish an autistic child without ever laying a hand on them. If he was being that aggressive isolate him from the other children & call the parents to come pick him up problem solved. Now that being said let me also make clear that I am in no way against schools using corporal punishment with their mainstream students. I have 4 kids (2 of them ADHD) and they all 4 get their butts busted when they need it along with grounded from any activity that's not a family activity plus extra chores. They each have their own set of daily chores that are required before they even think about going outside or picking up a video game. They have never been paddled at school, but the school has premission to do so if they see fit. I also agree that too many kids go undisiplined at home and school. But the solution to that problem is to deal with the true trouble makers and bullies not to abuse the innocents who honestly can't help their actions...

But I can say this, my son has more intelligence in his little finger than you do in that MEATHEAD OF YOURS. Sounds like you are the one who needs professional help with society.

They are a drain on society and provide to beneficial contribution to their community. We don't have the money to keep a bunch of worthless retards alive. It's not my fault you can't make a healthy child and I don't want to pay for your inability to have one. Anybody that has a retarded child should be sterilized!

Sterilizing an unknown% of the world would cost more than the price of the children, also minor autism isn't retardation. Rainman mom try not to let a coward/troll get to you. He doesn't mean anything he's even saying he prolly just looked down while takin a piss and got angry at the world. This "meatybone" seems to have a lack of schooling and just wants to bother as many people as he can as to flex his viral yet unrealistic manhood.:)

Not true at all. A one time procedure is much more cost effective than a lifetime of subsidies for someone that can't function on their own. Stop trying to make her feel good about having a retarded kid and see it for what it is. Just because they breathe doesn't mean they have a right to. If they are a parasitic member of society then they need to go and the people that made them need to be kept from having more.

That's in the least laughable, maybe someone should have educated your mom more about birth control. Your definition of retarded and the right to breathe, ha that could go both ways buddy. I'd much rather have my Autistic son than one with your mentalities. By the way you post, your in a worse place than I could ever be, with that being said. I hope your miserable life gets better! I will not respond to anymore of your ridiculous views of how your world should be. Tell your mom I said hello.

Lol subsidies for one would be subsidies period, you really don't get the English language huh? And yes breathing gives you the right to breath, it's given not chosen. You should do some more googling, try Wikipedia I hear its great for attempting an empty argument. As for now ill try to help you with your point on "parasitic" (and ill try to keep it simple) See the schools that failed you get money for autistic kids, this budget is then distributed too all the children, so your soon to be hate mongrels can learn their abc's with new books. Point 2. You would then further the downfall of the economy having to fire thousands of facility's teachers nurses ect... While creating 0 job opportunitys. As sure as I am you don't have a real one lets assume you do have a decent job, when you draw you social security and again we are assuming your liver holds out, how would you be any less of a drain? These parents paid in just as you have... I guess my point is you have to take your life befor retirement or live it out as a hypocrite.(It won't hurt anyone's feelings if you devote yourself to your point early though)

I can breathe and support my family without help and without special accommodations from the government. I pay into the system that your loser kid takes from. I don't get a tax refund, I write them a check. Part of that check goes to pay for that pathetic excuse for life. I'd rather my money goto a child that is going to contribute to society, not leech from it. The retarded kid is going to grow up to be a retarded adult. Do you think it's going to be the next president? No it's going to be another sob story on Facebook that can't understand why it's important to wipe its ass.

Hmm again he is autistic, I thought I gave you the Wikipedia link? Oh well maybe you'll get the diffrence one day. You know bill gates has minor autism as well, do you write a check bigger than his? Yeah I didn't think so. Sorry man but I was built for verbal sparring and people with your off the wall unintelligent opinions make it even eaiser. I'm still waiting on responses to my last post that you can't wrap your 500 word vocabulary around, but if you get the chance when you sober up please enlighten it. I don't really even have a dog in this race, I think physical punishment should be the standard. I just happen to find enjoyment shooting holes in the thoughtless theory's brought in by lack of education and whiskey.
