Wasteful Spending......... Again

When Dayton built the 'new' 35 West, it put in landscaping in the medium. Soon it was overgrown, never kept up with, and literally looked a total mess. Now they've just cut the trees down, left the stumps, and it looks like everything else on the west side of town. Like the city doesn't care. Were these people that designed this landscaping workers for the city of Dayton, or were they hired out? I wonder how many millions we paid for this? It's awful looking. They built a beautiful section of interstate, and now it's a disaster. If they want to pay me one half of what they paid the last people, I will be glad to design the landscaping, by putting in plants that will make the area beautiful, last for years to come, requiring very little maintenance, and a lot of class for this area. Just another waste of taxpayers money. I think they should reimburse the taxpayers, or fix it right! And whoever did it the first time should be the ones to pay for it to be redone.
Just saying.........
