I'm a big boy who's been riding a bike regular since I had a heart attack nearly 2 years ago. I currently have a Schwinn Solitaire 700 and would like to talk about maybe looking into a different bike. I like the one I have, but would like to hear about others.

Would Yuna's and Erica's bicycle seats smell sour or sweet, like their dainty little feet and meat?

Hey...maybe we were in the hospital at the same time! Mine was 27 Dec 2010. As things go, pretty mild but I did get a brand new stent! Pretty amazing really. My cholesterol is a mere 120 now...go Lipitor!

My best bike advice would be to wander down to a real bike store and check out the stock. That's what I did. My main concern was that I didn't want one of those narrow wheeled racers that have the rider leaning way forward. They recommended I try a "Comfort Bike" which basically means a big seat and a striking resemblance to the same bike I had as a kid but now with an amazing gear shifter and a lot less chrome. I sit fairly upright when I ride. Drawback is that I can't go "zoom" like the racers and a front wind really impact my speed but let's not kid ourselves about why we ride...I can still get down the road and a 30 mile run up and down the river only takes about 3-4 hours...if I stop to check things out...and I do.

Go ahead and try a recumbant but I'm not ready to make that leap yet. Trust me, a visit to the store will go a long way to deciding.

Thanks for the feedback. I lean toward a comfort bike also. I stand 5' 7" and now weigh 250 lbs. I have a hard time sticking with exercise machines, but biking keeps my interest. I live 10 miles from work and often bike back and forth to work. The guys at work laugh because I ran a plumbing truck off the road (no injuries). I guess he saw a fat man on a bicycle coming at him and it startled him. Recently my top speed was 12 miles in 1 hour. I look forward to see what I can do after I drop about 70 lbs. It's very hilly where I live so I have to have a bike with low gears. I wanted to get back into biking for a while, the heart attack helped make that happen (I got a 2 new stents)! Can't change the past, can move forward and have fun now. Stay safe, Tantor, I might roll up there and visit yall (yes I said yall) again. Good journeys!!

What are his chasing girls doing? Would they put their muffies on his HUFFY, aka their tight vaginas, even if it is made in China?
