The father of my daughter has had two supervised and two unsupervised visits with our child in 4 years. We had joint custody and I took him to court to have that changed and that's the only reason he got those visits. Now he gets her spring break and a month during the summer. The first summer, which was this summer, was supposed to be 2 seperate 2 week intervals due to him not seeing her for so long. Well he failed to get her for spring break for whatever reason and waited until july 1st to try and get her for summer. Since school starts in august, he wants to keep her for a month. I think a month visitation for the first extended visit in over 4 years is a little much for a 7 year old. Was I wrong for not making her go??
