"unlimited income potential"

I hate it when people say that. It is ridiculous and an outright lie.

"Unlimited" means infinite. Sorry, but there is a limited money supply and everyone in the world is not going to send their money to you.

You immediately lose all credibility when you make such claims.

Instead, why not give the top and median compensation? We know why.

Also, why did you change the name you were posting under?

Also, Mr Dowell, who is the "we"? before, it was "I" and you were saying people could be their own boss.

When you are having to resort to pretending you are a bigger business than you are, that should set off warning flags to everyone who reads this..

In response to Mr. Sawbers post no you are not going to make billions upon billions of dollars obviously the term unlimited income potential is meant to reflect that there is no cap from the company on your compensation in other words we are not going to stop your pay at any level. Your pay grows right along with your sales as it should. For people just starting out and doing part time the average is 10 to 20 thousand their first year. Some people who work extremely hard and have been doing it several years make six figures. A good number make very little it really depends on you and your desire to work. I changed my name on the posting because it was brought to my attention that nattysdaddy isn't appropriate for business and so I changed it to my intiails SRD for Steven R. Dowell

The we was a slip of the tongue it is of no consequence I have worked over 100 hours this week and as you can see am still working! I am tired and I was probably thinking of the two people here in Kentucky that I hired today. People can still be their own boss with tihs program if they want to. However after posting a few ads on that program and the contract sales program it became evident that te contract sales posts were much more effective than the ones for owning your own business. Truthfully to I know it sounds like a scam or something and I truly beleive it is much more beneficial for someone to start out as an employee see if its for them and get a taste of the pay and the duties before they jump right in with a franchise of their own.

Mr. Sawber I beleive I have answered each of your questions and in a timely manner even though it is midnight that should tell you a lot if I left anything out just bring it to my attention and I will be happy to address it along with any other questions you might have I have nothing to hide. I do appreciate the fact that you are paying attention and let's me know that the ads are working. You see Mr. Sawber I am trying to take a small company and grow it. I don't intend to mislead anyone or make it sound unrealistically great but to sell sometihng you do have to be excited about it

I understand that you are trying to make a living but the whole "I'll hire you even though I just started doing this" sure sounds a lot like Amway (or Quixtar)

If you truly are concerned that people might be taken advantage of(a very admirable trait) let me assure you for the employee plan a person is never asked for any money or fees now or ever. No personal information other than contact information, name and address or asked for. If the associate earns more than 600.00 I will need additional information for tax purposes to send them a 1099. Other than that there is noting else. Thank you for your post and interest in Do-Well Decor and More. Let's send you a catalog!

My main concern is people getting into it and having unrealistic expectations.

Lots of people get into Avon, Amway, Pampered Chef, etc, put in lots of time and get little out of it besides alienated and irritated friends/relatives. If you have that much confidence in the company/products, why not tell us the name of the mother company that you joined in with?

I understand and appreciate what you are saying. When a person emails me for more information I do tell them it's not easy and it's not a get rich quick scheme and that when tey start they aren't going to get rich. Now today I hired a guy and let him go with me we started knocking doors because he didn't have family and friends to talk to. He made a little over 200 in 4 hours for which he was able to get paid today, now he only made that much because I went with him and I have experience. On his own in 4 hours he would have probably made between 20 and 40 bucks because he's a young guy and never done this before and real nervous. I train everyone who comes on board and am there to help them daily with any questions they have. The products are really good and really well priced and many are unique and people just tend to get excited about them and buy them. There is no mother company per se the products themselves are from a large variety of companies. Their is a very large wholesale company from California that supplies me and other companies like mine like mine.Their are liteerally hundreds of these kinds of companies in America but this gives the best deals that I have seen

We spoke to a total of 27 people We had 8 sales set 6 appts for next week and got orders for 6 more catalogs so only 7 were like no thanks that is very rare closing ratios and only occurred because I have years of experience. Now on average 3 of those appts will back out and 1 won't buy these are new salespeople statitistics. Out of the 6 catalog orders probably 2 will buy 3 should buy and 4 might buy. What everyone loves about this job is that they can get paid on their first day of work.If a customer pays cash you will never turn your commissions into me! You just keep your part. Now hwat job can yous tart and get apid the first day.?

Oh my I must be tired after that last post I misspelled everything! I mentioned earlier about the training I give very extensive training, I have excellent marketing to existing customers and contacts. I run all kinds of time sensitive sales to get people to buy. I am going to hopefully have acouple of e-commerce stores open soon and that is going to be a great boos to our sales people I think and they do to cause the way its going to work is if you work for me in town x and someone from town x orders from the website you will get paid a commission on that sale for doing nothing but you will get to service that customer which will give you more oppurtunities for more sales Thats going to be very profitable we think

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Taurus

Make a big effort to spend time with people you didn't see on Christmas Day, especially if they're older than you or are having a bad time at the moment. You're brimming over with compassion and empathy, which will be really appreciated by anyone who's on the receiving end of them. You're also in the mood to make allowances for people, and that will help enormously.
