One of the worst experiences we have ever had was with Mike Sterling and his company Sterling Builders. They were supposed to do a house remodel in August of 2008. It is November of 2009 and we are still fighting with them as they used unsafe materials in the living quaters, failed to complete the terms of the contract. We have to use independent contractor, inspector and a construction attorney to fight with them. Truly, it is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with. Before using them think not twice, but a hundred times.
