Lol - idiotic. I drink 200-400 mg of caffeine a day and I've never killed anyone. People are stupid and will try anything desperate.

This is the dumbest thing that i have heard a man say . Always tryn to blame some one or something for what he did. You know god knows what you did and you will pay for it . Try to tell it to god and you will not get by with it . Sick SOB's

I hope the judge laughs at this man and his attempt to avoid life without parole. How can an attorney even want to represent such a joke of a human being? I drink about 80ozs of coffee a day and load it down with when I get pulled over for speeding two or three times a month, can I go to court and say it was because of Starbucks???? The United States of America judicial system is a joke and I am sure this will go far and take millions of tax payer dollars to convict this idiot of murder when all it should take is a sensible judge.

Wow, wonder if caffeine overdose and addiction would qualify me for disability? I drink diet sodas all day long so I know I'm getting more than 300 mgs a day. That means I have a mental disorder right? Which means I can quit work and go on disability right? And kill a few people I dislike too? I can't believe the lengths that our "justice" system will go to, to try and defend the guilty. I hope he gets what he deserves, if not here on earth, then when he has to stand before God. Don't think God will buy the caffeine overdose plea!
