LUDLOW - A federal loan is needed for a grocery store to open in Ludlow. The city of Ludlow for the second time this year has applied for a Community Development Block Grant loan to help finance a grocery store a local entrepreneur wants to open on the corner of Elm and Carneal streets.

Ludlow is a nice little river town,it would be nice to see it come to life .Where does the community buy their groceries now?

its nice that ludlow is trying to get a new market. But all the heavy duty grocery shopping will be done at the new kroger in ft. mitchel.the more you spend at kroger the cheaper you gas will be.
