Why is chief Bignotti is allowed to use police crusier for personal use???

This goes on everyday 7days a week and 24 hours aday.Bignotti uses the police curiser for fire calls in Welch,takes it to work for his personal ride and above all that on July 24,2009 he was out in the crusier and hit another car,put a dent in the passenager door and red paint scratch on the door. Got up the next morning before his brother's wedding and took it back to Grandview St. to where this happened and Bignotti and Ryan Belcher knocked the dent out and got the red paint off of it,stad at the passenager back bumper and look at the passenager door and you can see the dent still.Bignott was told by one of the town council that if he was going to be drinking to call him and he would come and drive the crusier back to Summers St.for him. Bignotti uses it to go on fire calls with Welch fire dept.and to car wrecks in Welch (which is not in Davy area)and uses the car to get to and from work on Virginia Ave.and have seen him at the local grocery store getting groceries.Certain council members know about this and nothing has been done about this...But the best is I have known him to be called out by 911 and Bignotti is drunk and still goes out on calls and has arrested people in Davy for DUI and him DUI himself.I think if the mayor is going to let him work as chief than I'm going to apply for a job as a cop so I will have a second car to use for my personal benifit and not have to buy the fuel.Go to DOH in Havaco and fill up and you are good to go on fuel and the town of Davy and taxpayers will pay for it...Wonder if mayor Gentry is hiring????
And on July 26,2009 two of Bignott's brothers and nephew were hurt while trying to ride a canue from Himpell to Summers St.and while still between Himpell and Welch got them out and passed the hospital up to come home and get the police crusier to go back to the hospital so he could run lights and siern....
But the best one is when he is suppose to be at work in Davy and he is either in the back parking lot at Welch Comm.Hospial with another women in the crusier with him (and it's not his wife Gail)or he would be at the RJ McCormik railroad office with another women.The whole time he worked in War and for the County as an officer he was cheating on his wife.I know for a fact he was see Debbie Payne while he was working in War.But got fired from War for stealing a firearm.And then the county let him go also after that happened.
So for the rest of you citizens in Davy this is what our wonderful mayor has hired as a police chief.So the next time he pulls you over you might want to do a breathalizer on Bignotti he might just beable to go on the hill at Welch with you.

I am assuming you have proof of all that you say on here against the Chief? If so then you need to bring it before the council and not on a public forum! If you do not have proof of this then you need to stop slandering this young man and his family. I am assumimg you do not since you did not put your name on here as you did his. Do you know that it is slander if you do not have this proof and that if the Chief decides to take legal action against you he can have your IP address tracked by a lawyer? Have you yourself or your family been arrested by this officer? Why is it that as soon as we have someone who does what this man has done so far in Davy the public no longer wants it?

Someone doesn't have high standards to put this on a forum instead of taking it to the Mayor. Sorry but I just don't agree with that, but that is my opinion and you have your own. Most people do not go around "paying attention" to what other people do unless they have an ax to grind in the first place. Not saying you do though, maybe you are just a person who is always on the lookout for others. But I for one would not say these things without proof to back it up,on here anyway and the other poster is right it is slander. As for the people that live near him would they stand with you or keep their mouth shut if it came to down to you having to prove what you say is true?

First of all i don't live in camper,i live in davy in a home...make sure you know who you are talking to before you make a statement....i drive in and out of davy everyday and see alot...i don't know who you think you are talking to but make sure you know before you talk.....i know people who go to church with his wife and they have ask me about him and i have stated that they need to come and see for themselves....watch and learn.....so i will contunie to be a concerned citizen of davy have lived here for sometime now and just worry about my family around me....
