It is not okay for the executive Darrell to try to deny he helped create the problem at the facility. He and the other administrators cut the staff and now is pretending he had no involvement. Shame on him and he is just trying to save his own skin. The EMQ agency actually took over Families First in Davis and destroyed the quality of a great treatment program for children. The Emq is a corporate giant that often takes advantage of their often very talented and young staff. EMQ is anti
Union and works to underpay and overwork staff. it is outrageous that this executive has such little integrity. Also the children need service and It isn't fair that the author of the article thinks Davis should not be place they can receive care. Of course In a well run facility that respects the children and treatment staff with proper staffing and conditions for both children and staff.7
