So who is going to pay for this?? Hopefully, the court will incarcerate the driver and hold all responsible for costs. What irresponsibility! They should be getting up for work at that time of the day! And if they can't find a job--look for one. Definitely not drinking! Idiots.

What would of been a quite day of fishing, ended up being a nightmare!! teenagers feed off of each other , so I'm hopeing someone will take the time to put a little fear in them!! And I hope they all take some responsibility for what has happened! My brother and sister-in-law are now paying a heavy price for an accident that could of been avoided. I'm sure they didn't wake up that morning and say, I think we should get drunk and cause pain to at least a dozen people!!! But this is the end result, My family has been turned upside down , my sister-in-law is still in ICU and I'am hopeing if nothing else the parents of these kids realize someone could of died!!! And what a waste of life!!

I am a personal friend to one of the parties involved. You shouldn't run your mouth about a situation you know nothing about. First of all the driver had his blood taken, no drugs or alcohol!!!!! This was truly a accident. My prayers go out to all involved especially to the poor soul who died..To think the driver doesn't care and should get what he deserves is just wrong to say. Especially if you haven't been in this kind of situation. Think before you speak or at least get the facts.

Huh? This happened almost 4 years ago and "power law" finally woke up long enough to defend some reckless drivers who injured and killed people? No matter what people do, right up to and including murder, there is termite to come out of the woodwork and defend them! Individual responsibility for your actions? Forget it! Make yourself the victim! Just ask O.J. Simpson about it!
