How the hell do you hit an over turned car!?!? The person who killed the guy should lose their license for being a dumb ass and a crappy driver.

The last time I checked it's pretty dark at 4:30 in the morning. Had this guy stopped his vehicle before the accident scene and had warning flashers employed the results may be quite different.

The driver was a guy and it was 4:55am, which means it was pitch dark and no adequate lighting in that area, so get your facts right before you assume and post dumb ass things.

Adequate lighting is always available when driving in the dark and is mounted right on the front of the car, a nifty thing called HEADLIGHTS.
