Man Says Burlingame Subway Sold Him 11-Inch Sandwich, Files Lawsuit

A West Sacramento man claims that a Burlingame Subway sold him an 11-inch sandwich, instead of a footlong - a claim that has led to numerous lawsuits against the fast-food eatery.
"Foot long" is an actual length and not just a trademark because subway cuts their foot longs in half to make a 6" sub... So the 6" stubs are likely to be 5.5" long and not a full 6".

Come on, its your fault for eating there, after, all were your there while the sandwich was being made. I have walked out of Subway shops, once, I see the bread.
Not only has it gotten shorter, its not as wide. And by the way isn't this taken place with products in the stores.
