Target Discrimination Lawsuit: Workers Allege Racist Comments
A discrimination lawsuit has been filed against Target by former workers at a Woodland, Calif., distribution center who allege that a company document contained negative statements about Hispanics and that managers often used racial slurs.

"Food: not everyone eats tacos and burritos.
"Music: not everyone dances to salsa; there are more music styles than mariachi.
"Dress: not everyone wears a sombrero.”
So where's the negative statements? Are these guys saying that all Mexicans do eat tacos and wear sombreros because that sounds a lot more racist then the Target memo.
What Target said is true. Since when do people get sued for telling the truth.
Another lame ass lawyer looking for a payday.
