What a shock--government unable to run what should be a private enterprise at a profit. The voters made a huge mistake allowing the town council to buy into the fallacy that this could be a success. We should have insisted that TWC be allowed to take over the already failed system.

The (former)At Large Commissioner and the (former)Mayor that voted in this brilliant idea were recently given a reception to "thank them for their service".

We're on the hook for $93 million...and they get a cake.
