Scam artists target Quad Cities fast food restaurants - WQAD

For the last few months, the Bettendorf Police Department has taken two reports from Subway, 1789 Kimberly Road, one report from Taco Bell, 3566 Middle Road, and one report from Subway, 3374 Middle Road all reporting that they were victims of a quick change scam artist.

Ok, so they were considered scammers because the receiver of the money got confused? i woudln't say scam i would say "Advantage Takers" not saying its right to do... im sure they target those who appear "less enthused" about their jobs...

These people are the scum of the earth. They take advantage of cashiers who are just trying to their jobs. Shame on them
