Gingrich was 'suprised' to be leading in the polls, because even he didn't think the voting public that ignorant enough of his own record.

"The only person who profits from Republican ads attacking other Republicans is Barack Obama and I think it is pretty reprehensible behavior on the part of some of the candidates," Gingrich said Monday as he arrived in Davenport, jabbing his opponents even as he insisted he was running an upbeat campaign.

Later, at an appearance in Hiawatha, Gingrich encouraged voters to demand that Romney and others take down the tough spots, saying that they "ought to be ashamed of themselves."

"If you see Romney, tell him to take them off the air,'" he told several hundred supporters.

Gingrich has also redoubled his appeals to conservatives, who make up the base of the GOP, with sharp criticism of the judiciary, saying he would have the Justice Department instruct the U.S. Marshal service to arrest judges who ignore subpoenas to testify in Congress about their decisions. And he tried anew to end accusations he lobbied on behalf of troubled Freddie Mac or other organizations.

Paul, who has built arguably the largest get-out-the-vote organization in Iowa and has steadily been inching up in Iowa polls, spent the day in New Hampshire before returning to Iowa for a packed schedule later in the week. He's been on the air here with ads assailing Gingrich.

Woof, I used to live in Iowa. Iowans know "piling on" when they see or hear it. They also know what BS smells like. What is coming over Radio, TV and the media is a major amount of BS, and I don't mean Barbara Streisand. Romney is spending Tons. The GOP Establishment is throwing all in to keep itself relevant. I have never seen such desperation. Monday they even started talking up Jeb Bush!!!

My prediction:
1. Gingrich
2. Paul
3. Bachmann
4. Romney

Gingrich is a dingbat. Listen to what comes out of his mouth, he's been like that all his political life. Gingrich makes Ron Paul sound sane. On one occasion he's promoting child labor, in the next he's proposing to lock up Federal Judges. How ironic his statement about locking up Federal Judges and ignoring their rulings from the bench.

Kim Jong Ill dies and Gingrich steps in and says something more bizarre than the last statement to take his place. Gingrich is Jong Ill reincarnated.

He's not done yet, so long as there is a microphone and time, Gingrich will say something more Madd than the last time.

You should have been around to hear him when he was Speaker of the house.

Gingrich got the most applaud when he made the statement about REMOVING Federal Judges who are on the bench for their own agenda and refuses to follow the law.

He also got the most applaud on foreign policy and the budget.
When he was speaker he worked with Clinton on the budget and his proposal was passed

Let get it right and stop posting lies and propaganda.

Bill Clinton will be on Bill O'Reily show tonight you better tune in and learn a little on the subject.

Pretty much a political ploy, eh? Senate passes and skips town within the hour and House wants the pipe line and year-long cuts instead of nickle and dimeing our time & $.
After all, it is not about the "so called cuts", it's about elections, making the other side look bad, and control. The actual citizens do not matter to this crowd once they are ensconced in their thrown room in DC.
I agree, "wake up people".
My worry is that facts are too difficult to ferret out and the easily led citizens and other voters will elect the loudest and most frequently mentioned name. Check out the studies since name recognition is king over policy, ethics, experience, etc.

I know you. You are Field Marshall Chow Li from the (PPM) People's Propaganda Minstery. You studied the works and writing of Paul Goebbels at the Third Reich School of Communications in Chongju, North Pyŏngan, North Korea.

Gingrich tapped you to head the committee to rewrite the U.S Constitution, to reign in all of these unnecessary liberties and freedoms.

You guy plan on holding the tribunals for Federal Judges in that new gulag being build in Idaho?

Gringrich is a complete Madd Man and anybody that sits and listens to him on is proposals are thoroughly as insane as Chancellor of the Reich Gringrich.

I want a REAL TRUE conservative so I want Ron Paul. If he didnt get nomination I would hold my nose and grit my teeth and vote for Gingrich. But if any of the other ones got nominations I would vote third party. I couldnt hold my nose tight enough or grit teeth enough to vote for Romeny or the rest.
