But the charges of vandalism still remain against the other four losers.

After two decades of welfare, John why don't you try to find something more productive to do with your time instead of being a giant troll on the Internet.

Don't need one. Am living off the benefits of a 45 year of uninterrupted work history. You ought to try it John then you wouldn't have to cry about living to section 8 welfare ghetto.

To BUZZ: You will notice that the Judge has ruled there was insufficient evidence presented by DA Young and the SCPD to charge Robert Norse, Desiree Foster, and myself with ANY crime. I've said all along that I am completely innocent of these charges. Norse was only acting as a reporter at the scene and should never have been charged either. I am also very happy for Desiree. She's only 19 and to have these charges saddling her future life would be so unfair. Thanks to Judge Burdick for freeing the three of us.

I do think you were overcharged. I don't think you were innocent and did encourage the bad behavior of the homeless louts who hijacked the occupy movement. Things have gotten much tougher for the homeless since the incident at 75 River St. A Pyrrhic victory, perhaps?

I also agree the DA overreached. But Burdick did the same. NorseKahn wasn't there as a 'reporter', and Foster certainly wasn't there as a reporter so she was obviously guilty of trespass (and poor judgement.)

Readers take note that the Flabby Fraud from Detroit left out the fact that the Judge did not find sufficient evidence to charge them "At this time".
But if NEW evidence surfaces (like when the remaining defendants start pointing fingers) then the charges could be re-filed. And BJ, don't bother squealing about "double jeapordy", because you haven't been to to trial. YET!

DBS, they DID have a year to gather the evidence - if they haven't figured it out by now, I think this ship has sailed.

As I've said all along, the prosecution IS the punishment. Doesn't matter if overcharged. Doesn't matter if they failed to gather sufficient evidence at the scene. Doesn't matter that even with two perjuring police witnesses (Gunter & Winston) there wasn't enough to bind the defendants over for trial. Lee and his staff still get paid. The Occupy movement is still intimidated. Free speech takes a back seat to Lee's agenda.

As for the "damages" racked up by Wells Fargo: if these billing sheets are any indication of how WF does its cost assessments, I'd never ever seek a home or business loan from them. Talk about padded! Costs of putting up a fence were billed to defendants. Every lock in the building was rekeyed, including the main safe, from a locksmith in Foster city who only worked afterhours, apparently.$6,222 to clean some poop out of a utility closet! Also from a over-the-hill contractor.

If Lee were REALLY about enforcing the law, he'd be investigating WF for FRAUD by doctoring up these phony "damages" reports.

BJ, I don't anyone EVER has to worry about YOU being in a position to be seeking a home or business loan, especially the BUSINESS loan!
Banks typically want business owners to have some degree of knowledge about business, management, finance, taxes, etc. You have shown over and over again, that you know nothing about business.

John (the Pillsbury Doughboy) or Pat (Jabba the Gut), take your pick, are so fat, when they go to a restaurant they don't get a menu, they get a quote.

Yes, I'm sure WF executives are all in a tizzy from all the business they'll lose now that BJ and friends refuse to patronize them. Time to sell WF stock short - it will be sure to tumble when the market hears the news.

Becky if anyone cared what you thought you'd be doing a lot better your life. You wouldn't be the town joke; you wouldn't be using an ancient photo for your avatar and you wouldn't of had to puff up your resume so much.

So why doesn't Robert Kahnjob the one-percenter trustfund multi-millionaire donate ANYTHING?

Or is blithering on a radio show that has a single-digit listener audience count as his "contribution"?

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Cancer

You have stars in your eyes and you're in a really romantic mood today. Your idea of heaven is to be with that special person in your life, preferably doing something very nice. If you meet someone new or a relationship gets off the ground today, things will always be rather dreamy and otherworldly between you. It will be as though real life, with all its problems, never intrudes on your time together.
