Our hearts go out to this family. This child will never have a chance to grow up with its Mother. We are so sorry for your loss.

This driver was on drugs, it makes the loss of life and accident so very senseless and preventable.
what a tragic loss

Anything that impares you behind the wheel of a vehicle is dangerous to others......bottom line.
Especially children who will lose their parents.

CHP doesn't say pot was the cause - just suspected. We won't really know. Maybe the driver has it in his system, but that doesn't account for a cause. Sober people drift across the road all the time, some sleeping, some inattentive, others a momentary lapse of control.

Clearly, this is a political move by law enforcement. Prop 19 means they lose funding for the bravado camo and Helo searches. No more hunting expeditions.

I think we need to funnel these resources toward gang suppression, as well as research on corruption across the public sector and state charters. It's there, it's real.

This will be swept under the carpet in Santa Cruz. Without plenty of dope, who could STAND to live amongst the Communistas and Unionistas?

I really got to thinking about this, and how people think it's OK. I don't think we're ready yet. I voted NO.

In memory of that childs mother. I voted NO.

I think the only thing that appears clearly is that you a a pro-marijuana person, and most likely a user. Do you drive your car under the influence of marijuana endangering my family?

This is only a Marijuana witch hunt in here, that's all this is.....

Some people died and something has to take fault.
And you've all made Marijuana guilty in this case before the fact's are even out. There could be a thousand reasons but never mind what the truth may be.
Marijuana just happens to be the most convenient, especially for those who are frightened of it being legalized.....

So please tell me "out right" that Marijuana is the sole cause of this crash, go ahead tell me that....
Because if you cant than your just a witch hunter!.....
