So there is a two-tier system, where "families in transition receiving mental health services" get used, donated coats, and the people on the next tier get new, purchased outerwear?
I'll be donating my lightly used and perfectly good coats this year, as I do every year, to another charity.

"Coats for school-aged children cannot be red or blue."
What a sad commentary on the times. We need to return to the era when such apparel was acceptable.

And yet you know exactly why that is true for local kids. So why comment? It's the schools that are prohibiting those colors. The "apparel" is still perfectly "acceptable" elsewhere.

"Coast drive"??? Are they driving up the coast, or having 'coat drive'?
Will edit for food.
