Life - Lil Wayne Booked on 3 Felony Drug Charges

Lil Wayne was arrested on three felony drug charges Wednesday after federal agents said they found illegal drugs including cocaine on his charter bus at a checkpoint in southwestern Arizona.

No a rapper had drugs say it isn't so!! I'm sure most of it had already been used, but not by "Lil Wayne". Do these idiots think they are above the law or just because some idiots buy their record that the law doesn't apply to them. I think they should search all the "rappers" buses houses and I'm sure they would find plenty of drugs and guns. These "rappers" are pure trash and need to be taken off the streets and placed with the rest of their fellow idots behind bars!

I know right! And what about these young white actresses. They're all drunk-drivers and bad mothers and stuff - oh my god, they should search every young white girl's house !!! They might have drugs too !

Is he legally responsible for the drugs on the bus just because he is the star? Not sure how this works if the drugs weren't on him. Looking for information. As for the gun, the concelled weapons permit will protect him from any charges if the two states both recognize the others permits. Most do, but some don't.

That might be true, but if the drugs are his, it is usually illegal or posses a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Yes the law states that the owner of the vehicle, commercial vehicle that the owner is responsible. In your car or truck it is the responsibility of the driver.

Understand, but most of these rappers don't own the bus, the studio rents it for the tours and shows. Wonder if this helps him to bet the chargers. Plus most states don't give these permitss to people with records.
