I worked there before and (I) had a real problem with the table game pit bosses/floor supervisors. I felt they all had god complexes and treated dealers like they were a good three hundred notches below them. I thought I did a damn good job the short period of time I was there, however management would let it be known that you're a piece of shit just cuz you're a newbie or a dealer. Especially if you were a newbie dealer.

I'm a little surprised that this thread actually has me defending the casino, but I'm sorry to inform you that not using your phone at the table is a real rule. Sorry you have to stand up to do something for once in your life, but that's how it works at any casino. One of the biggest reasons those dealers are so unfriendly, is the fact that they have so many cheapskate local yocals who work you to death all day and night and never tip. Cocktail waitresses too! Why spend any time going to make up your coffee all special like you have to have it, just to bring it to you and not even get a thank you, let alone the tip they deserve. Try showing a little gratuity the next time somebody is doing something for you period!
First off its nit a rule at every casino. Secondly u must work there and think they owe you your pay (the customers). If you want more money talk the boat. Tips are optional so yes you can earn them. Some lose hundreds and and as soon as they win ten dollars you dealers have your hand out like did something .

I enjoy a little gaming every once in a while and take very good care of the dealers and waitresses. It has nothing to do with winning, but I always seem to have better luck the better I am with the staff. Goes along way when you meet one of the waitresses away from the casino :)

Yes I would if it was good service. They get smart and act like they hate being there. So why should I give them my money with their bad attitudes.

I think it's white trash that works there and don't have any manners. Quick to try and boss some one . But yet want you to tip them after they have got smart for no reason.

I know C.J. Personally, I don't have any issues with her but I know some who have. I just try to be civil to everyone I work with. I have my own problems LOL

I really like that woman that works in the card club. I think her name is Paula. She is so sweet and seems so innocent. I wish I wasn't married because I would ask her out in a heartbeat! And I have seen her with customers. Always helpful and polite.

On second thought, maybe I will ask her out. Does anyone on here know if she's married? She doesn't wear a ring, but you never know.

I work there. Used to be in the Marines, so comparatively, it's an awesome job. Don't see how anyone could complain about it.

Speaking of people in the Players Club, they've got several good ones in there. Aaron and Taylor are really pleasant guys to deal with. They seem to know how to diffuse angry people pretty well. I'm always impressed with how they handle situations. I'm at the boat very often, at numerous times of the day, so I've gotten to know them all pretty well. Joanna is another sweet one. I haven't dealt with Paula all that much. Joy is also very capable and nice. Suzanne is the one I really like dealing with though. She's always funny, friendly, and very kind. I've seen her go out of her way to help people. Always has a smile on her face, even when the lines are insanely long.
