<quoted text>we both know you are not telling the truth! if that car only brought $500 at the auction then thats all it was worth! Im not saying they are a good dealership or a bad one Im just calling you out on your lie! they cant buy back the same car either. what happened is it didnt sell. if it were to sell for a higher amount than the payoff they would have to pay the customer the difference. if it brought less they can go after the customer for the difference. but if they dont go after the customer for the balance then they dont have to take the car to the auction.
Yeah that's true almost I owed 2000 on my car and I decide to let them have the piece of shhh it went to auction and I don't owe a dime but they don't pay you the difference

Lol. Yea well, they always go after the difference and they DO buy the same car back from the auction for $500, crediting the debtor the measly $500. And following that, they put the car back on the lot, screwing the next person. Call me a liar all you want, I worked with them and I know for a FACT that's how they do business. Dirty.
you have no clue on what you are talking about. it is not possible to buy their own car back at an auction. what may have happened is they did not sell it. thats the only way to get it back. and if the car only brought $500 then that is all it is worth. wholesale that is!

I used to go to the auctions with a friend who had a dealer license and he would buy his own cars back after people defaulted. Then, he would sue for the difference and most of the time get it.

its real easy to change your name on here. I have been a dealer well over 30 years in this city and know the repo laws pretty well as well as how the auto auction works. you CANNOT buy your own car back. it is not possible. so you aer not telling the truth.

Yea. Ok. Of course being a dealer you'd try and cover up the shady stuff you slimeballs do on a daily basis.
It happens. They DO buy them back. Say all you want, I'VE WITNESSED IT DUMBA$$.

I am not a dealer but I had seen my dad go through certain similar cirxumstances. He financed his car and it had gotten reposessed. Technically when you finance through a bank, they own the car. It gets reposessed and the bank sells it at an action and thats how a dealer can possibly get it back, by buying it from that bank. Not saying that this place goes through banks, because im not sure of it.

If they finance thru a bank it's out of the dealers hands.... So that theory is out... Car dealers have a bad name because of the a$$holes with no credit that don't pay and get reppoed scream the loudest... The good customers pay off one car and come back for another... If we were as bad as the people that get reppoed say we are we would have no repeat customers...

90% of the time when you buy a car from a "buy here pay here" car lot, it's going to be a peice of junk . If you know anything about cars, a quick once over on most of their vehicles will let you know that they're junk.,I've never bought from there so I can't committ on their staff and customer services but ai have looked at a few of their cars after they were closed and they all were turds

You sir are an idiot. You posted a link to something that contradicts what you said. So read it again. New vehicles or those that are sold as new. Such as car lot demos or lease vehicles. Take it from me, you pull it off the lot and it breaks in two pieces. You own both halves, and have 24 hours to get it towed away.
