Why won't they let patrick bradford out?? Heck atleast he did 20 yrs and he only killed 1 person. His family is white and has money. I am sure he found God and is totally changed. So why the deny his application to overturn his conviction? Must've had the wrong lawyer. Goodness, I am less scared of him committing another crime than I am of the two killers they just let out after they only served 1/8th of their sentence. I can tell you that next election, I am not voting for the judge(s) who let them out.

Really they should just free all the people who have found God in prison. It would sure free up some taxpayers money.

What he did was horrendous! Not to mention he was law enforcement! I am sure the person he not just killed but also tortureds family will be less forgiving than the other two killers!

Death is death. Tamara Lohr and CHarlie Simpson are both deceased. My heart goes out to both of their families. Maybe the Lohr family can take some lessons from Charlie's widow and get enough forgiveness to let Patrick out. One crime is no less than the other. Both were horrendous. So how do we decide who is worse?? A couple of kids who were hopped up on drugs that have now found God and made some accomplishments in prison, or Patrick who was already accomplished before he went to prison. By the way Patrick maintains his innocence. So is he really guilty? Lately the justice system has been finding alot of people who maintain their innocence for years are not guilty. Hence the the death penalty in Illinois was stopped for fear of executing the innocent. I forgive him and hope he is able to secure his release soon.

Forgive this forgive that, be forgiving, except for that. You are either forgiving or you are not. Fake preachers on here telling others when and how to forgive, but when it comes to them, forgiveness is at their convenience. Whatever. Most of the people in prison are getting out someday so watch your back.

Please tell them to get in touch with Charlie Simpson's family. They are so forgiving. Maybe they can find out how from them.

Good to see at least SOME people are thinking critically. Here are some facts that the Evansville papers never told you. Bradford maintains his innocence for a good reason...the unreported facts show that he is actually innocent. Check it out. Crazy stuff. They even posted the links to the trials transcripts and reports to prove what they claim here! Looks like we all owe this guy a big apology.

I watched alot of stuff, read alot of stuff, and I know some of the key players in the situation. He sure did alot of things in just under 5 minutes. I hope someday he gets out. They let all these real killers out after just a few years.

I heard that the reason he isn't out already is because the guys whose careers' benefited from his conviction (prosecutors/investigators) won't let that happen. Almost like he is a political prisoner. This is scary stuff. I hope I never get framed in this town.

actually, I think it was more like a little under 2 minutes (65 seconds maybe?)! Even crazier. I hope he gets out too. This isn't right.
