Is Organo Gold legit or a scam?

This is not a scam! I know people personally who lives has changed in a year and half because of this. And for all those who says it is a scam then you have not done proper research and you lack the business mindset. If you don't see the opportunity and potential growth in this company then that is your opinion. But don't knock it because you don't understand it.

LOL....If you want to take the mushroom in this product, then take it separately so you know how much you are taking. Then buy some fresh coffee that is not instant. I have presented proper research outside of the Organo Gold talking points. It's junk! You don't even know the ingredients and you are pushing a product, you are lower then a street drug dealer.

My mother, a widow and not very business savi, is involved w organo gold.... All of us on here are smart enough to get on this blog and comment.... With that being said, common sense should tell you that if you have to pay to sell THEIR product for them, something is wrong. That goes for any sales scheme just like it... In addition, if you have to keep attending seminars that charge you as well, it's NOT good. I'm not saying it's not legit, but I am saying you have as good of a chance to win the lottery as you have being successful selling this way.

Similar statements were made to persons encountering slave catchers on the West Coast of Africa to begin the Middle Passage.
Better catch up on what the Federal Government says about the "people that are where (you think you) want to be," because jail is just like slavery!

This industry is gaining traction and you will see it steadily climb over time. These are not "get rich quick" schemes although many use it as an easy attack excuse. This industry can be very rewarding, but like anything, it takes a lot of hard work and is not for everyone.
That being said, one should do their due diligence in selecting a company to partner with. The problem is it is nearly impossible to get a fair and balanced opinion of any business in this industry. People either love it and are willing to die for it, while others hate it so much they have made it their life goal to express their opinions (and they are opinions) as loudly as possible. It's funny how both sides are usually completely unreasonable to deal with.
The biggest downside for this industry is that distributors can become very pushy which in turn encourages the person declining the offer into launching an all out personal war against the company and the industry as a whole. Personally the word scam is so overused and incorrect in the majority of these cases. There are good businesses and less than good businesses (not necessarily BAD ones, although there are some out there) just like in any industry. There are also good jobs and less than good jobs. Unless you've made it a routine to insult your local McDonald's worker for what she does for a living, I would expect the same level of respect when you're hidden behind your Internet pseudonyms.
For the record, I don't know anything about either of these coffee companies. I work in risk management for a railway and I can think of many ways our company has fallen short or many ways my job can improve. Same is true for any industry. I just saw a car decal which perked my curiosity enough to look up some info, which led me here. Sorry for my rant...

"Barbados wants to know about the Organo Gold legal fight

Sad to say, one of my close friends came close to committing financial suicide by sipping the Organ Gold brand. I immediately took her into my office and began the desensitization process. OG seems to go after the ones with no common sense, big dreams and limited education. Those little meetings inside the cheap hotels and shopping mall business rooms seems reminiscent of the Peoples Temple gathering.

One guy took to the podium in a recent undercover investigation and begin talking about all the fantasticals of the compensation plan and the coffee itself. You could see the poor people with stars in their eyes hoop and holler as though they were being swayed by Jesus Christ himself. If Jim Jones was still alive he would be at a Organo Gold meeting and tainting the coffee with false hopes and dreams, thereby killing the masses bank accounts with auto ships, seminars, fees, other fees, travel fees, material fees, fees, fees, fees…..

There is a lawsuit filed some time ago by one of the originators of the Organo Gold company named Jay Noland. He or someone taking his side put up a website where you can listen to long rather boring recordings of Jay Noland making accusations against his old partners still at Organo Gold.

Mr. Noland makes serious allegations about the company and says that Organo Gold changed the ingredients of the product without telling anyone.

Jay Noland Call #1

“Integrity has been breached in this company…

I regret to say these words to you tonight…

Based upon the advice of my attorney… I’ve had to file a lawsuit against the other founders of Organo Gold on the advice of my attorney after he sorted through all the evidence…”

Jay Noland Call #2

Jay Noland says that Doctor Bartell tested the product and found that it did not contain the same ingredients as was claimed by the company and was originally in the product.

Look up how the pyramid for "corporate America" looks like also.. Compare....they look pretty much the same! The only thing that is certain is that you will never ever be at the top for the company you are working for. You will NEVER be the CEO of the company you have been with for the last 15-30 years. You might climb the "pyramid" and be supervisor or manager, NEVER CEO. That's for sure.
You probably don't have much friends, and if you do, they probably don't like you very much, or trust you very much, that's why no one wanted to work with you. Don't blame the company for your failure. Take responsibility for your lack of actions. OG is not a get rich quick scam. You scammed yourself for thinking that from the beginning. It's a real business. Anyone who has any business sense should do their own research and look at who is partnered up with this company. Then make up your own mind. Don't listen to this obvious failure!

For any individual that sets a negative mind, will have a negative wallet. If you expect to get rich fast in this business, then work hard and fast. Most of these posts are from individuals that may have never been involved with MLM or as I call it "Network Marketing". People do you think that the CEO's of Fortune 500 Companies became rich overnight? They had to start from somewhere to get where they are at now, and with that work hard, make sacrafices and manage their time to get the businesses up and running. From a great gentleman once said "Things you love to do should be a hobby of yours, but the things the world does should be a business of yours". Warren Buffet. All I know is that there are two types of people in this world. The ones that stand stills when oppurtunities come along, and the ones who takes the steps forward to creating their successful oppurtunity. Wake Up People and smell the coffee..... So does that make Howard Mark Schultz CEO of Starbucks, whose net worth is around 1.3 billion dollars, A Punk? Obviously, he's a wealthy punk that has dominated this industry and some. Why are you so scared to talk about the actual product? Do you even know the ingredients of this instant coffee? Please tell us. Tell us the warning label on the coffee. Tell us why this coffee is better then fresh coffee from a roasted bean and taking the mushroom on the side? I don't think you even care what is in the product, you only care about making a quick buck. You are lower then a street drug dealer.

Starbucks is open out there, we know they make fresh coffee, they don't add things, you do that. Starbucks is not a MLM company. They have a legit product, you don't.

I agree with you. Bro, you forgot one more thing, this coffee and tea can cure cancer too. Big pharma companies out there be careful, we will put you out of business soon.
Cure Cancer? Please. This is so absurd. So you're telling me that if I were to have a relapse and drank your coffee then it would cure me? Lies! Complete lies! If you meant to say "prevent" than maybe you would had sound more believable, but to say cure is off the charts! You people are like hungry wolves on here defending this scam. My sister and her friend got pulled into this scam, for months they tried to sell their coffee, they even went to local businesses and offered samples. But to no avail they did not make any money. My sister decided to sell it on Ebay and Craigslist and people were not buying it. In the end they gave it away for free because it was just taking up storage. We have a friend who travels to MN and all for the seminars. This person claims they are making billions just sleeping while the coffee sells. Anyways, we were told that they had recently moved because they could no longer afford to pay their mortgage for their home. Even after that happened, this person was still claiming to be making billions from the coffee sales.
